Welcome to castalialux.com (the “Site”), operated by Castalia Lux LLC FZ, a licensed company under the laws of the Meydan Free Zone in Dubai, UAE (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Nature of Our Business

Castalia Lux operates both as:

2.1. Direct Seller

We offer a curated catalog of authenticated pre-owned luxury garments that we own and sell directly.

2.2. Consignment Seller

We also sell select items on behalf of third-party owners (“Consignors”), receiving a commission on each completed sale.

In all cases, the product descriptions, condition reports, and photographs provided on the Site represent the full and final information regarding each item.

3. Eligibility

To use the Site or make purchases, you must be:

  • at least 18 years old, and

  • legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Product Authenticity & Condition

We specialize in pre-owned luxury fashion pieces.
Every item is:

  • carefully selected,

  • authenticated to the best of our expertise,

  • described according to its true condition, and

  • presented with accurate photographs.

The condition classifications include:
new, equal to new, or pristine, as stated in each individual listing.

Because all garments are unique and pre-owned, slight imperfections associated with vintage or pre-owned items may exist and are considered part of the item’s character.

5. “As Described” Sales — No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

This strict policy applies because:

  • our items are one-of-a-kind,

  • sourced from private collectors and consignors,

  • carefully authenticated and documented, and

  • handled within a luxury resale model where return cycles cannot be supported.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • you have reviewed the photos, description, and measurements,

  • you understand the item is pre-owned, and

  • you accept that the sale is final.

6. Prices & Payments

Prices are listed in the currency indicated on the Site.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Bank transfers

  • PayPal

  • Payment links

  • Cash on delivery (where applicable)

Payment must be completed before the item is shipped.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes do not affect orders already placed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1. Worldwide Shipping

We ship internationally using DHL Express.

7.2. Free Shipping

All orders are shipped free of charge, regardless of destination.

7.3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

7.4. Customs & Import Duties

Local taxes, duties, and customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
These vary by country and cannot be predicted by us.

We do not accept returns due to customs charges or refusal to pay import fees.

7.5. Delivery Issues

Once the package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by DHL Express.
We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by customs,

  • force majeure events, or

  • any third-party shipping disruptions.

8. Consignment Terms

For items sold on behalf of Consignors:

  • The Company acts as an agent only.

  • Payment to the Consignor is made after the buyer completes the purchase.

  • Consignment items are subject to the same no-returns policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including images, product descriptions, text, branding, and layout — is the property of Castalia Lux LLC FZ or licensed to us.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

  • any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

  • losses caused by misuse of the Site,

  • actions of third-party carriers (DHL),

  • inaccuracies caused by device display variations (screen color differences),

  • delays or inability to access the Site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the regulations of the Meydan Free Zone.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect upon posting on this page.
Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
