For Paris–London Karl Lagerfeld returned to the English chapter of Gabrielle Chanel's life, the years of Boy Capel and the Duke of Westminster, and gave it a darker, punk London edge. This jacket holds both: the pure line of a Chanel jacket in black shimmer tweed, outlined in a silver trim made to look like a zipper. Sarah Jessica Parker chose it.
